How much is delivery?

Delivery cost for each order is calculated and displayed automatically at checkout based on product specification and your postcode.

How long will delivery take?

The delivery timescale for each product is noted clearly on the product page below the price. We will try our best to deliver your goods within the timescale, however this may not sometimes be possible. If there’s going to be a delay to your order, we will endeavour to contact you via email to discuss the next steps. Deliveries to UK addresses are made Monday to Saturday between 7.30am and 9pm, excluding Bank Holidays.

Please note that if you are ordering items from different brands in the same order, these may be dispatched separately with different couriers and so will arrive on different dates.

I’m ordering large or heavy item, how will this be delivered and how much will it cost?

Large furniture deliveries within the North East of England will be delivered via our own vehicle and dedicated delivery team. If you’re ordering from outside the North East, we use a specialist 2 man courier service. Our large furniture items cannot be delivered to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, offshore locations and Northern Ireland.

Please Note:

• Delivery is to the customer’s doorstep only and will not be taken to the room of choice, unless otherwise stated. Our couriers do not take items upstairs.
• As a delivery date will be booked in with you, if there is nobody to take receipt of the delivery there will be a cost to you for a re-delivery to be made.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your chosen goods are suitable, that they fit in the room and can be carried into and through your home.

Do you assemble furniture?

All items arrive boxed and flat packed for safe delivery and convenient home assembly, unless otherwise stated. Made-to-order beds can be assembled in the customer’s home for a small fee. This does not come as standard, depends on the delivery address and must be requested.
