Make A Return

If you wish to return your item, please do so within 14 days of receiving it. The item should be in its original packaging and in new condition. If we receive the item in a condition other than “as new”, we will return it back to you.

Please note that our warehouse is open Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm when booking a return.

Step 2 – Ship Your Item Back to Us

All you need to do now is send your item back to our warehouse.

RETURN A SMALL ITEM

To return a small item you will need to use a courier. Please see a list of courier services below who will be able to fulfil the return of your item.

RETURN A LARGE ITEM

To return a large item you will need to book a collection with an appropriate courier. Please see a list of courier comparison services below who will be able to fulfil the return of your large item

Please remember to repackage your return before sending. Any returns received without protective packaging will not be able to be refunded. Please include your order number either on, or within the parcel so it can be identified by our team.

Please note, made to order items and flat pack furniture that has been assembled cannot be returned.

Anonymous returns will be held in quarantine until the customer gets in touch.

As a small independent business, we regret that we’re not able to offer free returns.
