Dispatch times vary depending on the product type:
- Small Items – £5.99 delivery charge. Dispatched via FedEx within 2–3 working days.
- Large Items – Free shipping on orders over £100. Estimated delivery time is 2–8 weeks, depending on the product. Lead times are listed in each product description.
- Fragile Items – £29.99 Special Delivery Charge applies to fragile items (e.g., mirrors, glass products). These are delivered using a bespoke two-man service for extra care.
- Scotland Surcharge – £29.99 Special Delivery Charge applies to orders delivered to Scotland.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for safely returning the product in its original condition. We strongly recommend purchasing return shipping insurance, particularly for large or fragile items.

How much does shipping cost?

- Our regular shipping fee is £5.99 for any orders under £100.
- Orders over £100 will qualify for Free Shipping, unless the delivery is to Scotland or a Fragile item, which will incur a £29.99 Secure Shipping Fee.
