- Fragile Items – £29.99 Special Delivery Charge applies to fragile items (e.g., mirrors, glass products). These are delivered using a bespoke two-man service for extra care.
- Scotland Surcharge – £29.99 Special Delivery Charge applies to orders delivered to Scotland.

- Includes 24 reeds each measuring 29cm. Can be extended with another reed using a metal connector, making it 58cm max length.
