Dispatch times vary by product type:

Small items — £5.99 delivery charge. Dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Large items — Free delivery on orders over £100. Estimated delivery time is 2–8 weeks, depending on the product.

Fragile Glass Charge (e.g. mirrors, glass) — £29.99 special delivery charge. Delivered via our bespoke two-person service for extra care, with a 7–21 working day lead time.

Scotland — A £29.99 surcharge applies to all orders delivered to Scotland.

Please note: charges can combine — for example, a fragile item delivered to a Scotland address will carry both the fragile-item and Scotland surcharges.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for returning the product safely and in its original condition — we strongly recommend purchasing return shipping insurance, particularly for large or fragile items.
