Please note that these features are not imperfections but rather integral aspects of the material. Distressed ranges may include small splits that enhance their character, typical of natural wood furniture.
MIRRORED PRODUCTS
To accommodate natural temperature fluctuations, our mirrored items have intentional gaps between cut corners. Please avoid exposing your furniture to excessive heat to prevent cracking. We recommend using non-solvent-based glass cleaners on glass or mirrored surfaces, ensuring to avoid contact with wooden or painted sections.
GLASS ITEMS
Our handcrafted glassware may show slight imperfections, such as air bubbles or tool marks, reflecting the artisanal nature of their production. Variations in shapes, sizes, and colours are inherent to this craftsmanship.
METAL ITEMS
Handcrafted or hand-finished metal products may display welding joints and minor imperfections that contribute to their unique charm. Expect variations in colour, which are normal for handmade metal items.
STONE FINISHES
Variations in colour and veining are typical in stone finishes like marble and granite, and may differ from exact images on our site. High-gloss furniture can be susceptible to scratches; we recommend using coasters or placemats to minimise wear.
FABRICS
Fabrics like PVC may experience colour fastness, fading, and changes due to environmental factors. Leather may vary in sheen, texture, and natural markings, reflecting different dyeing and tanning processes.
FAUX LEATHER
Our polyurethane (PU) items mimic the look and feel of genuine leather but may be more susceptible to damage. Minor inconsistencies, such as glue marks, should not be viewed as defects.
CERAMIC/POLYRESIN PRODUCTS
Handmade ceramic and polyresin items may have slight variations in shape, firing marks, glaze bubbles, or colour inconsistencies, which are part of the production process.
ARTIFICIAL FLOWERS
Colors in artificial flowers may fade over time, especially when exposed to direct sunlight; however, fading is typically uniform across the product.
BEADS & GEMS
Beads or gems added to products may be loose in packaging, and rough handling can dislodge them. Please handle with care.
FURNITURE HANDLES
Designed with longer tubes and larger screw holes to prevent breakage, our handles may have slight mobility, which is not a defect.
PLASTIC
Variations in plastic materials may occur due to natural properties and manufacturing methods. We strive to match colours, gloss, and textures as closely as possible to our samples.
WALL ART & PAINTINGS
Variations in finishes and colours are expected due to hand applications and canvas variations. Small indentations may occur in our paint finishes.
These inherent characteristics are not considered defects or damages, and therefore, credit requests for these items will not be accepted. Please note that images on our website may differ in colour due to resolution, colour settings, and monitor brightness.
