From the moment your new furniture is delivered, a Guardsman Protection Plan covers it against accidents such as spills, scuffs, chips, scratches and more. Here’s how it works:

Step 1

Simply call Guardsman on 0345 128 1240, or go to their website to download a claim form

Step 2

Guardsman will talk you through the next steps, which may include sending out an expert technician to repair your furniture

Step 3

If the damage can’t be repaired, Guardsman will source new parts for you. And if new parts aren’t available, you’ll receive a brand new replacement

How to make a claim

It’s easy to make a claim – and keep your furniture looking gorgeous for as long as possible.

Just call Guardsman UK on 0345 128 1240, or make your claim online.

Wherever possible their network of expert technicians always try to repair the damage. If a repair isn’t possible, they will source new parts for you, or if they are not available, a replacement item.

* Claim for as many incidents as you need over 5 years, up to the price you originally paid for your furniture or £15,000, whichever is the lowest.

** Not as a result of a build up.

A Guardsman Protection Plan is not a substitute for regular care and cleaning. Guardsman will take care of the accidents, but the day-to-day care is down to you.
